Dear partners and mobile app developer community:These are strange times for everyone around the world. The rapid spread of the coronavirus, the overwhelming amount of news, facts and speculations we are getting everyday, the cancellation of events (we should have been together in San Francisco celebrating the Game Developer Conference right now) and the lockdowns that many governments and administrations are imposing, are inevitably altering our day-to-day lives. We wanted to send an encouraging message among so much noise: we are 100% operational and are here to help our partners succeed in these turbulent times. We take the health of our teams and clients very seriously. All Chartboost teams are currently working from home. Our Beijing team started doing so in January. The rest of the offices (Amsterdam, Barcelona and San Francisco) have gone remote in the last 2 weeks, following each local authority's recommendations. Thankfully, this is not something new for us, we've always had a flexible culture and have leveraged technology to communicate internally and with our partners. The distance doesn't prevent us from being aligned, supporting each other, and having fun together! In fact, we have institutionalized some game playing and happy hours through Zoom. :)

We want to reiterate our commitment to helping your mobile business grow. Our account management and support teams can be reached by email, support forms, social media, messaging apps. We are always happy to jump on a video conference to discuss your needs and support your user acquisition and monetization efforts. We are aware that the current situation can be stressful for many of you. With more people (adults and kids) having to stay at home, we are seeing a surge in gaming and general app traffic. We know many of you are working hard to continue providing your services, products and gameplay to all mobile users around the world. Once again, don't hesitate to contact us if you need us.We are together in these uncertain times. We hope we'll be able to shake hands very soon. In the meantime, we'll be hosting webinars to share insights and best practices (the next one is co-hosted with Adjust on March 24th for our Chinese partners) and virtual meetings with all of you.Stay strong, stay safe, stay healthy.
