What are App Store Product Page Views?

A product page view happens when an iOS user views your app’s product page in the Apple App Store.

So, naturally, the “App Store Product Page Views” metric measures the total number of product page views your app receives from devices running iOS 8 or tvOS9 and beyond, over a selected period of time.

For example, if 1,000 people click through to your app’s product page after seeing it on the “Today” tab of the Apple App Store, and 800 more click through after seeing your app in a Facebook ad, your total views would be 1,800. It should be noted that the “App Store Product Page Views” metric tallies data from apps using StoreKit to load their product pages, as well as those that do not.
